We’re a mother-daughter duo stitching together three generations of needle and thread — one quilt and embroidered hat at a time.

Titles That Fit Like a Well-Pieced Quilt

  • Diane – QUILT (Queen of Uniting Immaculate Layers & Thread)
    Long arm queen and piecing perfectionist. She keeps the batting fluffed and the stitches flawless.
  • Kacy – CEO (Chief Embroidery Officer)
    Head of hoops, threads, and all things custom. If it’s stitched, she’s the one behind it.

It All Started with a Quilt

Sewing runs in our blood. Our matriarch was a trained seamstress, and both of us — Diane (mom) and Kacy (daughter) — learned to sew at a young age. But it wasn’t until 2012 that things really took shape. That year, Kacy made her very first quilt and gifted it to Diane. One quilt turned into a hobby... and that hobby quickly turned into something bigger.

In 2015, Diane opened Which Old Stitch with her long arm quilting services — transforming pieced quilt tops into finished heirlooms with smooth stitches and a whole lot of heart.

From Quilt to Stitch

Fast forward to 2022, and the embroidery bug officially bit. Kacy launched the embroidery side of the business, bringing playful, personalized, and custom designs to life on just about anything she can hoop. Whether it’s for gifting, game day, or just because — every stitch is done right here in our studio.
